SHIPPING INFO

All our deliveries are handled by Local logistics company Or Gokada for Lagos state. For other states and international deliveries we use DHL.

Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.
Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in, we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.

Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.

Local Delivery (Lagos)

All Lagos orders take approx 5-7 working days, however if your item is a pre-ordered piece it can take up to 7-15 working days.

- Lagos Island Zone 1 (VI, Ikoyi, Lekki 1, Ikate, Osapa, Orchid, Chevron, Ikota, VGC)- NGN3,500
- Lagos Island Zone 2 (Ajah): NGN6,000
- Lagos Mainland Zone 1 (Gbagada, Ketu, Ikeja, Surulere, Oshodi, Ajao, Maryland, Apapa, Yaba, Ebutemetta, Ogba): NGN4,500
- Lagos Mainland Zone 2 (Maza maza, Okota, Iju, Festac, Ipaja, Egbeda): NGN5,000
- Lagos Outskirt (Epe, Ibeju lekki, Ikorodu, Satellite Town): NGN5,000

Local Delivery (Interstate)

Deliveries to all other states in Nigeria takes approx 5-8 working days, however if your item is a pre- ordered piece it can take up to 7-15 working days.

Customs Duty Policy and Refusal of Package

Refusal of Package

In the event that a customer refuses to accept a package due to customs duties or any other reason, the package may be returned to us by the shipping carrier. Please note that if a package is returned to us after a refusal, we reserve the right to take the following actions:

a. Package Destruction: We may proceed to destroy the package to comply with customs and international shipping regulations. This decision is taken to ensure the safe and legal handling of returned items.

b. Refund Policy: If a customer refuses to accept a package and it is subsequently destroyed, we will not issue a refund for the order. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
